LTC Ryan Rooks, outgoing commander, relinquished command of the District of Columbia Army National Guard Aviation Battalion and Facility to LTC Tyler Eikenberry, incoming commanding officer, during a change of command ceremony at Davison Army Airfield, at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, on July 11, 2025. The ceremony was officiated by Brig. Gen. Craig M. Maceri, Land Component Command (LCC) commander for the D.C. National Guard.
