YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 11, 2025) - Seaman Zoe L. Ward, an undesignated Seaman assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, is selected for the Master-at-Arms (MA) rating and frocked to Petty Officer 3rd Class during a pinning ceremony at the Benny Deck theatre. For over 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services supporting the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
