U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Raymundo Guzman, a weapons load crew member assigned to the 391st Fighter Generation Squadron, prepares a bomb rack in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility June 3, 2025. To prepare a bomb rack for a bomb, Guzman is installing the 1760 cable, which is the electronic connection point between the aircraft and the munition. This critical task contributes to the U.S. Air Force’s expeditionary capability, which enables rapid deployment of combat ready forces, allowing the U.S. to deter aggression and respond with decisive force if necessary.
