Andrew Tucker, a horizontal construction engineer with the 278th Engineer Company, work together to build the frame of a weapons rack at Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, July 2025. Both Soldiers are assigned to the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine (JMTG-U), Task Force Saber, 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment. Their efforts support ongoing construction operations to enhance mission readiness for Ukrainian partner forces.
