The group received an overview of the Patriot missile system, shot 9 mm handguns and the rocket-propelled grenade simulator. The JCOC is a weeklong, multiservice orientation program hosted by the secretary of defense to give civilian public opinion leaders a better knowledge of national defense issues. Photo by Tech. Sgt.
