About 100 Corvette lovers from across the country assembled at the Pentagon July 3, 2002, to pay tribute to those lost in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on America. From the Pentagon, the Stars and Stripes Corvettes Across America caravan traveled to New York City to take part in July 4 celebrations there.
