Hundreds turned out to honor servicemembers during American Military Family’s “Hoedown for Heroes” tribute event at the Larimer (Colo.) County Fairgrounds on Aug. 11, 2007. The night held one big surprise for Army Staff Sgt. Matthew Keil, who was severely injured while serving in Iraq, and his wife, Tracy. John Gonsalves, founder of Homes for Our Troops, took the opportunity to announce that his group would like to build the Keil's a home adapted to meet Matt's needs. Photo by David Evans
