As part of a micro-grant program spearheaded by the 3rd Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, and leaders within the Qadisiyah area of Baghdad, $10,000 in grant money was paid to a local bakery and the Dina Institute for the caring of mentally retarded children Dec. 1, 2007.
