Students from North Carolina Central University attempt to successfully complete a leadership exercise during the Marine Corps Leadership Seminar April 12. The MCLS offers an ideal opportunity to enhance the Corps' ability to grow a more diverse officer corps by establishing trust-based relationships in communities where access to segments of the eligible population has previously been severely limited.
