Iraqi army 2nd Lt. Wesam Mohamad, of 6th Iraqi Army Division, locks a street light into place while being assisted by one of his fellow soldiers. The light will be run off a solar-powered battery and is the second of 100 solar-powered street lights scheduled to be placed in the Muthana, Doura, Abu Ghraib and Ghazaliya sections of Baghdad, as well as in the city of Taji.
