Lt. Mark Humes (left) answers a question from Raoul Bustamante (center, front), chief of staff at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, during a recent tour aboard USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52) at NSWC PHD in California. Bustamante served as USS Pearl Harbor’s electronics material officer and assistant operations officer from 1999 to 2002.
