The Maj. Gen. Enrico Barduani, commander of the NATO-led KFOR mission, presided over the Transfer of Authority ceremony of KFOR RC-E held at Camp Bondsteel. Colonel Peter Helzer handed over his responsibilities to Colonel Jonathan Lloyd.The ceremony marked the 35th rotation and continued commitment to peace and stability in Kosovo. Col. Peter Helzer previously led KFOR RC-E as the 34th rotation since October 2024.
