Quinn Barone, 16, completes final checks on his submarine, Javelin 2.0, before a race run at the 18th International Submarine Races (ISR) hosted by Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division on June 23-27, 2025. He and his father designed and built the sub at home in Annapolis, Maryland.
