NAVAL STATION NORFOLK (June 27, 2025) - Rear Adm. Mike Steffen is piped ashore alongside his family following his retirement ceremony at Naval Station Norfolk. Steffen’s retirement followed a change of command ceremony where he transferred command of Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command to Rear Admiral Luke Frost.
