On April 28, U.S. Army soldiers of the 389th Engineering Company and the 10th Honduran Infantry Battalion discuss steel reinforcement methods while performing work in the town of La Granja in La Paz Province, Honduras as part of a joint training exercise entitled "Beyond the Horizon". This exercise is designed to further training and relations between U.S. and Honduran national forces and includes many construction projects located near Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras.
