On April 28, U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Timothy Phillips of the 389th Engineering Company performs preventative checks and maintenance on his teams 'Bob Cat' excavator before beginning their work in the town of La Granja in La Paz Province, Honduras as part of a joint training exercise entitled "Beyond the Horizon". This exercise is designed to further training and relations between U.S. and Honduran national forces and includes many construction projects located near Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras.
