YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 27, 2025) — Damage Controlman 3rd Class Issa-Marina Gutierrez, assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), right, receives a certificate of reenlistment from Cmdr. Patrick Gutierrez, CFAY Chief Staff Officer, during a reenlistment ceremony held onboard the installation. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
