U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Carlos A. Ruiz, the 20th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, speaks to a Marine attending the Sergeants School course at the Staff Noncommissioned Officer Academy on Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), June 23, 2025. During his visit, Ruiz met with leadership from MCBH, visited the College of Enlisted Military Education - Staff Noncommissioned Officer Academy, conducted a barracks walkthrough, toured the MCBH Individual Issue Facility (IIF), and spoke at an all-hands town hall.
