U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Since 2018, the Single Marine Program has organized many volunteer events with VEBCOG, a non-profit organization ran by veterans who aim to employ underemployed veterans, enhance their skillset and overall well-being to return more employable veterans back to the community. Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point service members volunteer routinely with the non-profit organization to reinforce the installation’s enduring commitment to building a network of productive citizens in all phases of their active-duty service and post-active-duty service life.
