The latest 100th Air Refueling Wing legacy nose art, “Just-A-Snappin,” which is displayed on a KC-135 Stratotanker, focuses on the profile of renowned World War II and 100th Bomb Group navigator, then-1st Lt. Harry Crosby, and incorporates a background of a navigator’s dead-reckoning computer, and the names of the entire crew who flew the Bremen mission over Germany in October 1943. The nose art, designed by Gary Rogers, 100th ARW Public Affairs graphic designer, is the latest addition to the 100th ARW’s nose art collection on the fleet of KC-135 Stratotankers, which honors the Bloody Hundredth legacy.
