During exercise Regional Cooperation 2025 (RC 25), Kyrgyz Republic partners practice using a tourniquet while at a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) class at Camp Edwards, Massachusetts, June 22, 2025. RC 25 is an annual exercise that gives the opportunity to share common practices. Used in emergencies, a tourniquet is to prevent the flow of blood from a limb or extremity temporarily.
