Service members from the 374th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron complete the plank portion of the Warrior Fitness Test while competing in the Samurai Cup Challenge 2025 at Yokota Air Base, Japan, April 22, 2025. During the competition, service members face a variety of physical tests, including deadlifts, standing power throws, hand-release push-ups, sprint-drag-carry, planks and a two-mile run.
