Brig. Gen. Leland D. Blanchard II, the Adjutant General (TAG) for the District of Columbia National Guard, participates in land navigation training at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, on June 5, 2025. The D.C. Army National Guard conducted AT in a simulated operational environment from May 28 - June 14 at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, to enhance personnel and collective readiness by building lethal and ready forces for Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO).
