Brig. Gen. Christine A. Beeler, the program executive officer for the Army’s Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), spoke about PEO STRI's swift actions to comply with the Army Transformation Initiative (ATI) to deliver warfighting capabilities, optimize force structure, and eliminate waste and obsolete programs during the 2025 Training and Simulation Industry Symposium (TSIS) in Orlando, Florida, on June 18. All six PEO STRI project managers and project leads also briefed industry on how their offices are supporting ATI and presented several upcoming contracting opportunities. TSIS is a yearly event sponsored by the National Training and Simulation Association and provides industry an opportunity to network and interact with procurement officials for training and simulation products and services from the Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force.
