A dashboard first developed at Whiteman AFB to track facility work tasks has grown into the USAF CE Operations Workbook, an enterprise-level tool unveiled at the 2025 Requirements Development Workshop. Created in partnership with AFIMSC’s FSRM Operations team, the workbook fully automates data pulls from NexGen and BUILDER, saving installations up to four hours per day. Customizable and data-rich, it supports smarter, faster decision-making across the CE enterprise. Set to launch by Summer 2025, the tool showcases the power of grassroots innovation and cross-unit collaboration.
