YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 17, 2025) — Chief Warrant Officer 3 Eduardo Guzman, assigned to Afloat Training Group Western Pacific, guest speaks at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s (CFAY) Sailor 360 program at CFAY’s Benny Decker Theater. For over 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services supporting the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
