The change of command ceremony signifies the transition to new leadership and a continuation of the unit’s constant preparedness to fight and win. Under the leadership of the outgoing commanding officer, Lt. Col. Andrew M. Baxter, HMH-465 achieved over 5,100 flight hours while transporting 5,019 passengers and 1 million pounds of cargo.
