Parents at Fort Bragg now have a special workout space where they can exercise while keeping an eye on their young children. The new Parent and Tot workout area opened at Hercules Physical Fitness Center on May 21, 2025. It’s designed for parents who have kids 6 years old and younger, giving them a place to stay active without worrying about childcare.
