Death before Dismount! Charlie Company 1-163rd Combined Arms Battalion, Montana’s only tank company, held a Change of Responsibility ceremony at Fort Harrison, Mont. on June 7th. 1st Sgt. Carlos Aguilera relinquished responsibility of the company to Master Sgt. Tyler Egosque.
The 1st Sgt. is the senior non-commissioned officer in a unit, responsible for instructing other sergeants, advising the commander, and helping train all enlisted Soldiers. We thank 1st Sgt. Aguilera for his leadership and wish Master Sgt. Egosque the best in leading the noncommissioned officers of C Co.
