Brett Stevenson receives a U.S. Flag as a symbol of his 35 years of distinguished service at his retirement following a change of command ceremony in the hangar bay at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Barking Sands. Capt. Robert Prince relieved Capt. Brett Stevenson as commanding officer during the official ceremony.
