Republic of Singapore Air Force and U.S. Airmen observe the transfer of command from Lt. Col. Robert Hilby to Lt. Col. Andrew Bolint on the exterior of an F-16 Fighting Falcon during the 425th Fighter Squadron Change of Command Ceremony, May 30, 2025, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Bolint is responsible for all phases of combat training for F-16 Fighting Falcon aircrew, which includes the Republic of Singapore Air Force Foreign Military Sales personnel.
