Utilitiesman Second Class (SCW/DV) Joshua Noel and Builder Second Class (SCW/DV) Matthew Dawson backing down into the cold water during altitude diving operations at Twin Lakes Bridgeport, Calif. UCT 2 Construction Dive Detachment BRAVO was conducting cold weather and altitude diver training to prepare for their upcoming deployment. UCT 2 provides responsive inshore and ocean underwater construction, inspection, repair and maintenance to ocean facilities.
