A U.S. Marine assigned to the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) jumps from a CH-46E Sea Knight helicopter attached to Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron (HMM) 364 during helocast training in the Arabian Sea Jan. 30, 2013. Helocasting is a technique used to insert small units or special operations forces into a military area of operation. HMM-364 and the 15th MEU were part of the Peleliu Amphibious Readiness Group and were underway in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts.
