SAN DIEGO – Congratulations to Aviation Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Irish B. Doblan, (center) Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit (CNATTU) North Island instructor, who was recently recognized as the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Victim Advocate of the Year for Naval Base Coronado.
Doblan led command-wide training for more than 200 personnel, organized impactful Sexual Assault Awareness Month events, and provided dedicated in-person support for sexual assault victims. Her actions exemplified compassion, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to the SAPR mission.
