FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 28, 2025) - Damage Controlman 2nd Class Joshua Roman assigned to the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Emergency Operations Center, pauses to allow members of the audience to scan a QR code to register for the installation's emergency notification system while discussing the Tropical Cyclone Conditions of Readiness, or TCCOR, at the CFAY Town Hall Wednesday, May 28 in the Community Readiness Center. CFAY holds a quarterly Town Hall to provide an opportunity for base community members to discuss concerns and receive clarification on plans, policies and/or procedures.
