FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 28, 2025) - Joe Arcega, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Public Works Officer, discusess the command's plan to expand the installation's emergency backup power capabilities at the CFAY Town Hall Wednesday, May 28 in the Community Readiness Center. CFAY holds a quarterly Town Hall to provide an opportunity for base community members to discuss concerns and receive clarification on plans, policies and/or procedures.
