A Civil Affairs Team (CAT) from the 91st Civil Affairs Battalion receive a brief from a role playing police chief on the need for improved officer training and weapons, a recent surge in violence, and overall town security during a validation exercise (VALEX) on April 29th, 2025 in Camp Mackall, North Carolina.
