Mr. Walter Lee’s dedication to service didn’t end when he took off the uniform. Commissioned through AFROTC at North Carolina A&T and shaped by his experience leading in contingency environments as a 32E Civil Engineer Officer, Lee transitioned from active duty to civil service with the same passion for people and mission. Now serving as Associate Career Field Manager at the Pentagon, he is a driving force behind workforce development and strategic planning across the Air Force Civil Engineer enterprise, mentoring the next generation, strengthening the career field, and ensuring the CE fire continues to burn bright.
