Participants of the 2025 U.S. Central Command Medical Security Cooperation Exchange tour the back of mock C-130 Hercules after seeing aerial medical evacuation procedures at the Medical Readiness Training Center on Camp Bullis Military Training Reservation, Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston, May 14, 2025. During the tour the attendees saw how U.S. Air Force personnel can rapidly load and care for patients while in air. They were also briefed on the capabilities of the Critical Care Air Transport Team. Along with MEDEVAC, the USCENTCOM MSCE attendees toured different parts of the MRTC campus where they saw different demonstrations and capabilities included Tactical Combat Casualty Care, a simulator able to create different scenarios for personnel to train in and toured facilities design to be mobile for rapid response medical care.
