Petty Officer Second Class Teresa Barrios explains how Coast Guard marine science technicians inspect cargo containers before they arrive at the Port of Los Angeles. Barrios was one of several Coast Guard reservists who spoke at the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Boss Lift event at Coast Guard Base Los Angeles / Long Beach on Saturday, May 17, 2025.
