Gunner Wymore, 572nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, installs a heat shield while Trevor Weakly, also of the 572nd, inspects the propellers on an unpainted C-130 Hercules that arrived for depot maintenance May 1, 2025, at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The squadron is part of the 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group, which provides depot repair, modification, and maintenance support for multiple aircraft, including the F-35 Lightning II, F-16 Fighting Falcon, F-22 Raptor, C-130 Her-cules, T-38 Talon, and A-10 Thunderbolt.
