Sergeant Major Michael L. Kufchak, the former 1st Marine Division sergeant major, and Sgt. Maj. David L. Jobe, the current 1st Marine Division sergeant major, shake hands after a post, relief and retirement ceremony here, April 5, 2013. Kufchak, a native of Youngstown, Ohio, retired and turned his post over to Jobe, a native of Burleson, Texas.
