YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 30, 2025) — Alexander Caving receives a volunteer service plaque during a volunteer appreciation ceremony at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s (CFAY) Purdy Gym pavilion. For over 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services supporting the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
