Guest lecturer and Marshall Center alum Helio Sant’Ana speaks to more than 70 security professionals during the start of the Program on Cyber Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen April 30. A 2019 PCSS graduate, Sant’Ana has nearly two decades of experience leading cybersecurity efforts in Brazil, including as Chief Information Officer to the Presidency and as part of the teams behind Brazil’s national cybersecurity strategy and critical infrastructure protection initiatives.
