DEDEDO, Guam (April 16, 2025) – U.S. Army Capt. Riley Campbell, commander of E Battery, Task Force Talon, leads a congressional delegation on a tour of the Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system during a visit to the unit in Dededo, April 16. The visit is part of ongoing congressional efforts to assess defense posture, readiness, quality of life, and the evolving needs of military forces in Guam and the broader Indo-Pacific region. Task Force Talon, composed of Soldiers from the 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade and the Guam National Guard, operates the THAAD missile defense system to protect the U.S. territory in the Western Pacific.
