Doraine Pierre-Louis, the commander of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command’s 21st Special Troops Battalion, during a change of command ceremony on Panzer Kaserne April 23, 2025. The passing of the colors from the outgoing commander to Maj. Pierre-Louis signifies Hewitt’s last act of allegiance to the Battalion Commander.
