An Afghan coalition force member is silhouetted by moon light during a night operation that led to the arrest of a senior Taliban leader in Khugyani district, Nangarhar province, Feb. 24, 2013. The Taliban leader was responsible for coordinating and directing insurgent fighters in Nangarhar province and maintained direct operational control on a significant number of suicide bombers prepared to carry out attacks against Afghan and coalition forces.
