Dr. Hall, Development Command Army Research Laboratory, briefs leaders from U.S. Army North and Mexican Army leaders as part of the Fifth Army Inter-American Relations Program (FIARP) in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD, Mar. 25, 2025. DEVCOM ARL is the Army’s research laboratory, and its mission is to operationalize science. FIARP is a week-long event where Soldiers from U.S. Army North and the Mexican Army enhance relations and exchange ideas on operational compatibility and technology. The annual event is something participants from both the U.S. and Mexico look forward to and the cooperation continues to help with issues both countries encounter. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
