The PHNSY & IMF Apprentice Program is a partnership between the shipyard, the U.S. Department of Labor and Honolulu Community College to develop skilled journey workers and future shipyard leaders. PHNSY & IMF’s mission is to keep the Navy’s fleet “Fit to Fight" by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships.
