Jeffery Riddle, assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 4th Brigade Combat Team, sign a 3rd Infantry Division flag May 15 that will be sent to Jason Overfield. Overfield is a 24-year-old autistic man from Port Orchard, Wash., who over the last five years has sent around 100 to 200 birthday cards and letters to deployed Soldiers monthly.
